For creditors/judgment holders, the purpose of this free (no cost) and no obligation application is to provide us with as much information as possible so that we may perform an adequate and thorough judgment assessment. The initial assessment is necessary to determine collection feasibility.

Please be accurate and thorough in your entries in all fields (we respect your privacy). As long as you have your judgment documentation and any information you know about the debtor in hand to refer to, this application should take no more than 10 minutes.
